Dr. Michael S. Duchowny has 45 years of experience in the fields of Pediatric Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. He earned his BA in English and Zoology from Cornell University and his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed an internship in Pediatrics at the University of Chicago Medical Center and residencies in Pediatrics and Neurology at Montefiore Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital, respectively. Today, this expert is board-certified in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology and Pediatrics. Additionally, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology. Formerly, this expert served as a Professor of Pediatric Neurology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and as the Director of Academic Affairs at Nicklaus Children's Research Institute. Currently, he serves as a Senior Attending Physician in the Division of Pediatric Neurology, as the Emeritus Founding Director of the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship Program, and as the Founding Director of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at Niklaus Children's Hospital. He is also a Principal Investigator at Nicklaus Children's Research Institute and a Clinical Professor of Neurology at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
