Dr Melanie B. Sellers has 24 years of experience in the field of Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. She earned her BA in History from Sarah Lawrence College and her MD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine. After completing her residency in Psychiatry at NYU Langone Health, she went on to complete a research fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at NYU Langone Health. Today, this expert is board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Director of Rehabilitative Services and as an Attending Physician at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, and as a Consultant and Attending Physician at New York University. Currently, she practices independently as a Psychiatrist and Expert Witness Consultant.
