Dr. Matthew Henn, MS, MD, FACS

Dr. Matthew C. Henn has specialized experience in the field of Cardiothoracic Surgery. They earned their BS from Miami University, their MS in Anatomy from The Ohio State University, and their MD from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After completing their residency in Surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, they went on to complete a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the same institution. Today, the expert holds a certification in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery. Previously, they held the role of Interim Surgical Director of Heart Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. They are currently a Surgeon and the Surgical Director of Heart Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support, as well as Ross Perioperative Services at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. They are also an Assistant Professor of Cardiac Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
