Dr. Mary Barros-Bailey, PhD, CRC, CLCP, NCC

Dr. Mary Barros-Bailey has specialized experience in the fields of Vocational Evaluation & Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Counseling, and Life Care Planning. They earned their BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University, their MA in Rehabilitative Services from San Jose State University, their MPA in International Development Management from Middlebury College, and their PhD in Education from the University of Idaho. Today, the expert holds a certification as a Certified Life Care Planner. Previously, they held roles as an Affiliate Scholar at the University of Iowa, an Adjunct Undergraduate Faculty at Winona State University, and a Graduate Faculty at Capital University Law School. Currently, they work as a Multilingual Rehabilitation Counselor, Vocational Expert, and Life Care Planner at Intermountain Vocational Services, lnc.
