Dr. Mark Hammond, MD, CMD

Dr. Mark L. Hammond has specialized experience in the fields of Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospital Medicine. They earned their BS in Biology from Rhodes College and their MD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine. They went on to complete a residency in Internal Medicine at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Memphis. Previously, they held roles as a Medical Director at Signature Healthcare of Primacy, Medical Director at Cordova Wellness and Rehabilitation Center, and Medical Director at Overton County Health and Rehab Center. Currently, they work as a Founding Partner, Vice President, Physician, and Director at Inpatient Physicians of the Mid-South and Adjunct Professor at the University of South Alabama.
