About Dr. Mark James Svare, CFEI, PE, PhD

Dr. Mark J. Svare has 42 years of experience in Electrical Engineering. He earned his BEE in Electrical Power System and Biomedical Instrumentation from the University of Minnesota and his PhD in Science and Engineering from the University of Dundee. Today, this expert is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators and a board certified Forensic Engineer by the National Academy of Forensic Engineers. This expert is also licensed as a Professional Engineer in the states of Michigan, Illinois, and Minnesota, and as a Professional Electrical Engineer and a Master Electrician in the state of Minnesota. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Staff at Raygo, Inc and as an Electronic Warfare Technician in the United State Navy. Currently, he works as a Forensic Electrical Engineer at the Svare Engineering Group, LLC.
