About Dr. Mark Eugene Cichon, DO, FACEP, FACOEP
Dr. Mark E. Cichon has 34 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine. He earned his BS in Biology from Loyola University Chicago and his DO from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and as the HMOI Medical Director at Loyola University Medical Center. Currently, he serves as Associate Chief Medical Officer and Physician-in-Chief at Loyola University Medical Center and as a Professor in the Departments of Emergency Medicine and Cell and Molecular Physiology at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He also serves as the Medical Director of the Emergency Medical Services System and Department of Emergency Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center.
