Dr. Marc Wilkenfeld, MD, MPH

Dr. Marc Wilkenfeld, MD, MPH earned his BS from McGill University, his MD from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, and his MPH from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. After completing his internship in internal medicine, this expert went on to complete his residency in occupational and environmental medicine at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. He is board certified in occupational medicine and is a highly active member of his field clinically and academically. He is a member of the ACOEM Council of Scientific Advisors and the ACOEM Council on Scientific Education. He has published 9 books and received research grants to investigate the effect of exposure to contaminated dust from the 9/11 attacks. Formerly, this expert was an occupational medicine consultant for Columbia Health Science Division, a physician specialist for World Trade Center Environmental Health Center, and a consulting physician at Barnert Hospital. Currently, this expert is a partner at a consulting firm, an assistant professor of environmental sciences and clinical medicine at a major medical school, and the chief of occupational medicine at a prominent hospital in New York.
