Dr. Malay Shah, MD, FACS

Dr. Malay B. Shah has specialized experience in the fields of General Surgery and Transplant Surgery. They earned their BS in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and their MD from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After completing their residency in General Surgery at Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, they went on to complete a fellowship in Abdominal Transplant Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Heersink School of Medicine. Today, the expert holds a certification in Surgery. Previously, they held roles as an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Currently, they work as a Surgical Director and Professor of Surgery at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.
