About Dr. Luigi Bassani, FAANS, MD

Dr. Luigi Bassani has over 8 years of experience in the field of Neurological Surgery and Pediatric Neurosurgery. He earned his BA from the College of the Holy Cross and his MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine. After completing his residency in Neurosurgery at NYU Langone Health, he went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Neurosurgery at Primary Children's Hospital. Today, this expert is board certified in Neurological Surgery and Pediatric Neurosurgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and as a Physician at Children's Hospital of New Jersey.
