About Dr. Lori Chaffin Jordan, MD, PhD
Dr. Lori Jordan has 15 years of experience in the fields of Neurology, Vascular Neurology, and Child Neurology. She earned her BS in Biology from the College of William & Mary, her MD from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, and her Ph.D. in Clinical Investigation from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. After completing both an internship and a residency in Pediatrics and another residency in Child Neurology, she went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular Neurology and a research fellowship in Neurology, all at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Today, this expert is board-certified in Child Neurology and Vascular Neurology. Formerly, she served as an Assistant Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and as the Associate Director of the Child Neurology Residency Program at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She currently serves as a Physician at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt and at the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center. She is also the Director of the Pediatric Stroke Program and the Associate Director of the Child Neurology Residency Program at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Moreover, she is also an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology with Tenure at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
