Dr. Lemuel Dent, MD, FACS, MSCR

Dr. Lemuel L. Dent has specialized experience in the field of Trauma Surgery. They earned their BS in Chemistry from the University of Georgia, their MMHC from Vanderbilt University, their MS in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia, their MS in Clinical Research from Emory University, and their MD from Morehouse School of Medicine. After completing their residency at Harlem Hospital Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at Mayo Clinic - Rochester. Today, the expert holds certifications in Surgical Critical Care and Surgery. Previously, they held the role of Director at Morehouse School of Medicine. Currently, they work as a Chief of Surgery at Nashville General Hospital and Trauma Surgeon at Phoebe Putney Health System.
