About Dr. Larry Arthur Severidt, MD

Dr. Larry A. Severidt has over 40 years of experience in the fields of Family Medicine and Primary Care. He earned his BS from Iowa State University and his MD from the University of Iowa. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport. Today, this expert is board certified in Family Medicine. Formerly, he served as the Section Chief of the Walk-In Clinic and the Emergency Medicine Department at Broadlawns Medical Center, as well as the Director of their Family Medicine Residency Program. Currently, he serves as Family Medicine and Primary Care Physician, the Director of Medical Education, and a Designated Institutional Officer at Broadlawns Medical Center. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.
