About Dr. Kenneth Emil Anderson, PhD
Dr. Kenneth E. Anderson has 40 years of experience in Agriculture and Life Sciences. He earned his BS in Animal and Agriculture Industries from Southern Illinois University, his MS in Poultry Production and Management from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, and his PhD in Poultry Production and Management from Kansas State University. Formerly, this expert served as an Associate Faculty Member in the Department of Food, Bioprocessing, and Nutrition Sciences at North Carolina State University and as a General Manager at the State Line Egg Producers Cooperative, Inc. Currently, this expert serves as a Professor and Extension Poultry Specialist in the Department of Poultry Science and as the Director of the North Carolina Layer Performance and Management Program at North Carolina State University.
