Dr. Joseph Fugaro, MD

Dr. Joseph M. Fugaro has specialized experience in the field of Surgical Critical Care. They earned their BS in Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and their MD from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. After completing their residency in Surgery at Wayne State University, they went on to complete a fellowship in Critical Care at the University of Missouri Health Care. Today, the expert holds certifications in Surgical Critical Care, Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery, and Surgery. Previously, they held roles as a Physician at Landmark Hospital of Cape Girardeau, LLC, and an Intensivist at Saint Francis Healthcare System. Currently, they work as a Flight Surgeon and Critical Care Air Transport Physician at the Air National Guard and Intensivist at Hillcrest Medical Center.
