Dr. Joseph Babrowicz, MD

Dr. Joseph C. Babrowicz has specialized experience in the fields of Surgical Critical Care and Vascular Surgery. They earned their BS in Biology from Fairfield University and their MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine. After completing their residency in General Surgery at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Trauma and Surgical Critical Care at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Today, the expert holds a certification in Vascular Surgery. Previously, they held roles as a Vascular Surgeon with Washington Vascular and Thoracic Associates, LLC, as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and as a Medical Co-Director of the Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Currently, they work as a Vascular Surgeon with Inova Medical Group and as the Director of the Inova Spine Access Program for the Inova Health System.
