Dr. Jon Jones, MD, FACS

Dr. Jon W. Jones has specialized experience in the fields of General Surgery and Surgery. They earned their BS in Microbiology and Chemistry from the University of Georgia and their MD from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. After completing their residency in General Surgery at the University of South Alabama, they went on to complete a fellowship in Transplant Surgery at the University of Minnesota. Today, the expert holds a certification in Surgery. Previously, they held roles as an Assistant Professor at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Currently, they work as an Associate Professor at East Tennessee State University.
