Dr. John Dougherty, MD, MBA, FACOG

Dr. John J. Dougherty has specialized experience in the fields of Obstetrics and Gynecology. They earned their BS in Molecular Biology from Lehigh University, their MBA in Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University, and their MD from Hahnemann University School of Medicine. They went on to complete a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Monmouth Medical Center. Today, the expert holds a certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Previously, they held roles as a Vice Chair of Quality and Chair of Clinical Informatics at Milton S Hershey Medical Center and Medical Director for the Maternal Opioid Use Disorder Clinic at Penn State Health. Currently, they work as a Vice Chair and Residency Program Director and Medical Director of the Labor and Delivery Unit at Reading Hospital and Assistant Professor at Drexel University College of Medicine.
