Dr. John H. Sampson has 25 years of experience in Neurological Surgery. He earned his BSc from St. John’s College - University of Manitoba, his MD from the University of Manitoba Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, his PhD in Neuro-oncology and his MHS from Duke University, and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. After completing his residency in Neurosurgery, he went on to complete a fellowship in Neurological Intensive Care at Duke University Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Neurological Surgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Assistant Professor of Pathology Surgery and an Associate Professor of Surgery, Integrative Immunobiology, and Radiation Oncology at Duke University School of Medicine, and as the Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Duke University Medical Center. Currently, he serves as the Robert H., M.D. and Gloria Wilkins Distinguished Professor of Surgery in the Department of Neurosurgery and as a Professor in the Departments of Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Pathology, Integrative Immunobiology, and Radiation Oncology at Duke University School of Medicine.
