Mr. Joe T. Williams has over 40 years of experience in Environmental Waste Management and Sanitation. Today, he is certified in Municipal Solid Waste Collection Systems, Recycling Systems, Transfer Station Management, and Integrated Solid Waste Management Systems through the Solid Waste Association of North America. Formerly, this expert served as the District Manager of Environmental Safety and Health at Browning-Ferris Industries of Tennessee, Inc. and as the Director of Solid Waste for the City of Franklin, Tennessee. He currently serves as the Founder and Principal of Common Sense Consulting of Franklin, LLC. He is also a Solid Waste Subject Matter Expert for Witt O'Brien's, LLC.
