Dr. Jennifer A. Stevens has 24 years of experience in the field of History, specializing in Land Use Rights, Environmental History and the History of the West.. She earned her BA in History and Political Science, her MA in American History from the University of California Santa Barbara, and her Ph.D. in American History from the University of California Davis. She also serves as a Professor of the Practice in the Department of History and Urban Studies at Boise State University
