Dr. Jeffrey Muttart has 39 years of experience in Accident Reconstruction and Human Factors & Ergonomics. He earned his BA in Economics from Eastern Connecticut State University and his AS in General Studies from Three Rivers Community College. After that, he earned his MA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Hartford and in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Today, this expert is certified as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction. Formerly, this expert served as the Lecturer at Eastern Connecticut State University and as the Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Currently, this expert is the Director of Research and Consulting Services at Crash Safety Research Center, LLC, and an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University Center for Public Safety and the Institute of Police Technology and Management. He also serves as the Director of Research and Training at Driver Research Institute.
