James Mc Leskey

James Mc Leskey in mechanical engineering and thermodynamics has over 30 years of experience. He received his BS in physics from the College of William and Mary and an MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He then completed his PhD in mechanical engineering at the University of Virginia. He has won numerous awards and publishes widely on issues of energy, materials science, and applied physics. In the past, he has worked as a generator/turbine design engineer at Alstom Power, as an adjunct instructor of thermodynamics, and an associate professor of mechanical engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University. Currently, he is a professor of engineering physics at a university in Virginia where he is also the director of the engineering physics program.
