Dr. James Wynn, MD

Dr. James J. Wynn has specialized experience in Transplant Surgery and Vascular Surgery. They earned their BS in Pre-Medicine from Davidson College and their MD from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. After completing their residency in General Surgery at Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, they went on to complete a fellowship in Transplant Surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Today, the expert holds a certification in Surgery. Previously, they were an Associate Professor at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and a Vice Chair at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Currently, they are a Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, a Surgeon at Wellstar Medical Group, and a Professor Emeritus at Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.
