Dr. Ilana Addis, MD, MPH, MBA

Dr. Ilana Addis, MD, MPH, MBA has over 15 years of experience in obstetrics, gynecology, urogynecology, and pelvic reconstructive surgery. She obtained her BA in biology from the University of Chicago and her MPH from the University of California, Berkeley, before receiving her MD from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. She then completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at University of Tennessee and a prestigious fellowship in urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. Today, this expert is double board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Urogynecologic Society, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. She is also very active in academia having published 18 peer-reviewed journal articles and 4 textbook chapters. This expert previously served as the associate director of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, as the director of resident research in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, as an assistant professor of clinical obstetrics and gynecology, as the section head of general obstetrics and gynecology, and as the director of urogynecology at the University of Arizona, as well as the chief of staff at the Banner University Medical Center.
