Dr. George Abraham, MD

Dr. George E. Abraham has specialized experience in the fields of Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. He earned his BA in Physics from the University of Mississippi and his MD from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, he went on to complete a fellowship in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the same institution. Today, the expert holds certifications in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine. Previously, he held roles as an Instructor, Assistant Professor, and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. Currently, he works as the Medical Director of the Respiratory Therapy Program at Hinds Community College and as a Professor of Medicine at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He is also the Medical Director of Respiratory Care and an Attending Physician at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
