Dr. Zhongxue Hua, MD has over twenty years of experience in the field of forensic pathology. He earned his MD from the Peking Union Medical College in China before moving to the United States to obtain his PhD in biochemistry from the University of Rochester. Subsequently, he completed a residency in pathology at the Montefiore Medical Center and a fellowship in neuropathology at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Today, this expert is triple board-certified in forensic pathology, neuropathy, and anatomic pathology. He also remains active in his field, having published numerous articles and given multiple presentations related to forensic pathology. Formerly, this expert was the medical examiner for the City of New York, as well as an assistant medical examiner, an associate medical examiner, an assistant state medical examiner, and the chief of the Northern Regional Medical Examiner office, which serves the counties of Essex, Hudson, Passaic, and Somerset in New Jersey. This expert was also the chief of the Union County Medical Examiner Officer, an assistant clinical professor of pathology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and an attending neuropathologist at the Jacobi Medical Center. This expert is currently a forensic pathologist for two county coroner offices in Pennsylvania and for a medical examiner office in New York, as well as the medical examiner for a county in New Jersey. He is also currently the chief of forensic pathology and an associate professor of pathology at a well-known university in New Jersey.
