Formerly, this expert served as an Associate Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics and Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He currently serves as a Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics, Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He is also a Physician with the Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology Consulting Service, the Medical Director of the TDH Poison Center, and the Head of the Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology Unit at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
