Dr. Scott Bolhack, MD, MBA, CMD, FACP

Dr. Scott M. Bolhack has specialized experience in the fields of Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and Leadership and Operations. They earned their BS in Biology from Bucknell University, their MBA from Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, and their MD from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University College of Medicine. After completing their residency in Pediatrics at Staten Island University Hospital, they went on to complete a fellowship in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Today, the expert holds certifications in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine. Previously, they held roles as a Medical Director at Santa Rita Home Health, Medical Director at Hospice Family Care, and Medical Director at Sante of Tucson Rehabilitation Center. Currently, they work as a Medical Director at La Posada Green Valley, Medical Director at Tohono O’odham Nursing Care Authority, and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson.
