Dr. Samer Khader has over 13 years of experience in the field of Cytopathology. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Jordan, School of Medicine, and his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After completing his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at State University of New York/Downstate, he went on to complete a fellowship in Cytopathology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Today, Dr. Khader is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology. Currently, he serves as System Director of Cytopathology at UPMC and Vice Chair for Wellness in the Department of Pathology at UPMC.
