Dr. Robert P. Fraisse has 49 years of experience in School Education and Administration. He earned his BS in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles, his MS in Education from California Lutheran University, and his Ph.D. from the University of Santa Barbara. Formerly, this expert served as the Superintendent of Hueneme Elementary School District, Conejo Valley Unified School District, and Laguna Beach Unified School District. He currently serves as a Distinguished Educator in Residence at California Lutheran University. He is also a Co-Director of the New Superintendents Seminar Series through the Association of California School Administrators.
