Dr. Rahul Anand, MD

Dr. Rahul J. Anand has specialized experience in Trauma Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. They earned their BA in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University and their MD from the University of Michigan Medical School. After completing their residency in General Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Trauma and Critical Care at R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center. Today, the expert holds certifications in Surgical Critical Care and Surgery. Previously, they were an Assistant Professor at the VCU School of Medicine. Currently, they work as a Surgery Residency Program Director, Vice Chair, and Professor at the VCU School of Medicine.
