Dr. Peter Yoo, MD

Dr. Peter S. Yoo has specialized experience in the fields of Transplant Surgery, Surgery, and General Surgery. They earned their BA from Dartmouth College and their MD from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. After completing their residency in Surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital, they went on to complete a fellowship in Abdominal Organ Transplantation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Today, the expert holds a certification in Surgery. Previously, they held roles as an Associate Chief at Hartford HealthCare and Surgical Director and Associate Professor at Yale School of Medicine. Currently, they work as a Chief Academic Officer at Hartford HealthCare, Professor of Surgery at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and Professor of Surgery at Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University.
