Dr. Peter Silberstein has over 36 years of experience in the field of Hematology and Oncology. He earned his BA in Biophysics from Amherst College and his MD from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Formerly, this expert held roles as Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine at MercyOne North Iowa Cancer Center and as the Assistant Medical Director at Odyssey HealthCare.
