Dr. Patricia Penkoske, MD

Dr. Patricia A. Penkoske has specialized experience in the fields of Critical Care Medicine, Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Vascular Medicine. They earned their BA in Biology and Chemistry from Lindenwood University and their MD from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. After completing their residency in General Surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, they went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at the Hospital for Sick Children. Today, the expert holds a certification in Surgical Critical Care. Previously, they held roles as an Intensive Care Unit Physician and Career Counselor at Washington University and a Locum Tenens Physician at CompHealth. Currently, they work as a Staff Physician at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and an Instructor in Anesthesiology at WashU Medicine.
