This surgical oncologist earned her BS in biological sciences from the University of Cincinnati, an MS in medical science from The Ohio State University, and her MD from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her post-graduate medical training with a general surgery residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center and a prestigious surgical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She is double board certified in general surgery and complex general surgical oncology. She stays active in her field as a member of the Society of Surgical Oncology and the Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association. She was formerly an assistant professor of surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
