Dr. James West, MD

This North Carolina based expert received his AS in radiologic technology and applied science from Fayetteville Technical Community College, his BS in biology from Pembroke State University, and his MD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, he received his JD from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. Previously, he was a staff physician at Scotland Memorial Hospital, Southeastern Regional Medical Center, and Wayne Memorial Hospital, as well as an associate dean of medical fundamentals at the John F. Kennedy Special Operations School, an adjunct faculty member at the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine, and a Major in the US Army Reserve. Currently, he serves as an assistant professor of medicine at an osteopathic school of medicine in NC, director of the internal medicine residency program for a health system in NC, and the president of an urgent care company in NC.
