Dr. Daniel Overbeek, MD

Dr. Daniel L. Overbeek has specialized experience in the fields of Emergency Medicine, Medical Toxicology, and Anesthesiology. They earned their BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan and their MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine. After completing their residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Michigan Health, they went on to complete a fellowship in Medical Toxicology at Boston Children's Hospital. Today, the expert holds certifications in Addiction Medicine, Medical Toxicology, and Emergency Medicine. Previously, they held roles as a Physician at Cambridge Health Alliance, an Emergency Physician and Senior Instructor at the University of Rochester Medical Center, and a Consultant at Upstate New York Poison Center. Currently, they work as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State University and an Emergency Physician at Emergency Care Specialists, P.C.
