Dr. Charles Saldanha, MD

Dr. Charles E. Saldanha has specialized experience in the fields of Psychiatry with expertise in Forensic Psychiatry. They earned their BA in Economics from Emory University and their MD from Duke University School of Medicine. After completing their residency in General Adult Psychiatry at UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinics, they went on to complete a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Today, the expert holds board certifications in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. Previously, they held roles as the Medical Director at Villa Fairmont Mental Health Rehabilitation Center, as the Assistant Medical Director at Forensic Psychiatric Associates, LP, and as a Psychiatrist at Gray Haven. Currently, they work as the Co-Medical Director and Forensic Psychiatrist at Forensic Psychiatric Associates, as an Associate Clinical Professor at University of California, San Francisco, and as a Psychiatrist at Mammoth Hospital and Wellpath/Recovery Solutions.
