After completing her residency in Pediatrics at Ann & Robert H Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, she went on to complete a fellowship in Medical Genetics at Ann & Robert H Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Today, this expert is board-certified in Pediatrics, Clinical Genetics, and Clinical Biochemical Genetics. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Attending Physician at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and as the Director of the Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Prevention Program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and as a Consulting Geneticist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) and Mucolipidoses (ML) Treatment Program at Ann & Robert H Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, as a Professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, and as a Consulting Geneticist at the Chicago Institute for Fetal Health.
