Dr. Anthony Avino, MD, FACS

Dr. Anthony J. Avino has specialized experience in the field of Vascular Surgery. They earned their BS from Vanderbilt University and their MD from the University of Florida College of Medicine. After completing their residency in General Surgery at the University of Florida Health Science Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Today, the expert holds a certification in Vascular Surgery. Previously, they held roles as a Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University, Assistant Professor and Teaching Faculty at Mercer University School of Medicine, Savannah, and Co-Managing Partner at Savannah Vascular Institute. Currently, they work as an Attending Vascular Surgeon at Memorial Health University Medical Center and at St Joseph's / Candler.
