Dr. Douglas Fenton, MD

Dr. Douglas K. Fenton has over 36 years of experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He earned his BS in Physical Science from Colorado State University and his MD from the University of Colorado Medical School. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the UC San Diego School of Medicine. Today he is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Formerly, Dr. Fenton held roles as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist at North Coast Women's Care Medical Group, Inc., and as a Clinical Investigator at Women's Clinical Research. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as the Medical Director of Maternal Child Health, and as the Medical Director of the CTD/Scripps Encinitas Hospitalist Program at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. He also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of the Department of Reproductive Medicine at UC San Diego Medical Center and as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist at Scripps Coastal Medical Center
