Dr. Donald I. Siegel has 52 years of experience in Environment Sciences, Hydrology, and Water Resources. He earned his BS in Geology from the University of Rhode Island, his MS in Geology from Pennsylvania State University, and his Ph.D. in Hydrology and Water Resources from the University of Minnesota.
