Dr. Donald I. Siegel has 52 years of experience in Environment Sciences, Hydrology, and Water Resources. He earned his BS in Geology from the University of Rhode Island, his MS in Geology from Pennsylvania State University, and his Ph.D. in Hydrology and Water Resources from the University of Minnesota. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Senior Hydrogeologist at Stearns & Wheler Environmental Engineers and Scientists, as the Chair of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Syracuse University College of Arts and Sciences, and as a Principal and Partner at Independent Environmental Scientists, Inc.
