About Dr. David Colin Metz, MBBCh

Dr. David C. Metz has 30 years of experience in Internal Medicine with expertise in Gastroenterology. He earned his MBBCh from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center, he went on to a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Georgetown University Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Professor in the Department of Medicine at Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and as the Director of the Acid Peptic Disorders Specialty Program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
