About Dr. Daniel Virgil Thomas Catenacci, MD, MS

Dr. Daniel V.T. Catenacci has over 12 years of experience in the field of Gastrointestinal Medical Oncology. He earned his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo, his MD from Wayne State University, and his MS in Clinical and Translational Science and Health Studies from the University of Chicago. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, he went on to complete two fellowships in Medical Oncology and Hematology and Translational Research at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Instructor and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Chicago, and as the Director of the Interdisciplinary Gastrointestinal Oncology Program at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He also served as the Assistant Director of Translational Research at the University of Chicago Comprehensive Cancer Center and as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Chicago.
