Dr. Daniel Spyker, MD, PhD

Dr. Daniel Adrian Spyker has over 40 years of experience in the fields of Medical Toxicology, Pharmacology, and Drug Safety. He earned his B.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from General Motors Institute, his M.S. in Mathematics from Purdue University, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He also obtained his M.D. from the University of Virginia. Dr. Spyker is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Toxicology, and Clinical Pharmacology. Formerly, Dr. Spyker held roles as Senior Medical Director in the Clinical Risk Assessment and Coordination Department at Purdue Pharma L.P. and as Deputy Director in the Division of Cardiovascular, Respiratory, & Neurological Devices at the Food and Drug Administration. Currently, he serves as an Expert Consultant at NDA Partners, LLC and as a Medical Reserve Corps Washington Emergency Worker.
