Dr. M. Christopher MacLaren has 23 years of experience in Orthopaedic Surgery. He earned his BS from The Ohio State University and his DO from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Formerly, this expert served as an Orthopedic Surgery at Tampa Bay Bone & Joint Center, an Associate/Physician at OrthoTampa, and a Staff Physician at Tampa Bay Orthopaedic & Spine. He also served as the Founder, Owner, and Orthopaedic Surgeon at Westchase Sports Medicine, LLC. Currently, he holds a number of positions, including as an Orthopedic Surgeon, Medical Director, and Partner at ASPI Sports Medicine and as the Owner of Orthoneuro Injury, LLC, a consultancy. He is also the Owner of MacLaren Sports Medicine Inc.
