Dr. C. Edward Coffey has 38 years of experience in the fields of Psychiatry and Neurology. He earned his BS in Psychology from Wofford College, his BA in Philosophy, Psychology, and Physiology from St John's College – University of Oxford, and his MD from the Duke University School of Medicine. After completing an internship in Psychiatry and a residency in Neurology, he went on to complete a fellowship in Psychiatry, all at Duke University Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Neurology and Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Formerly, this expert served as a Tenured Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Baylor College of Medicine and as the President and CEO of The Menninger Clinic. Currently, he serves as an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina's College of Medicine.
