Dr. Bruce Bloom, MEd, CRC, CVE, IPEC

Dr. Bruce Bloom has specialized experience in the fields of Vocational Evaluation & Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Counseling. They earned their BA in Political Science from State University of New York at Stony Brook, their M.Ed. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Texas at Austin, and their PsyD in Applied Psychology and Counseling from California Southern University. Today, the expert is a Certified Autism Specialist, a Certified Vocational Evaluator, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and holds the International Psychometric Evaluation Certification. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Pastor at The River Church, as the Director of Employment Services at Pivotal Career Services, LLC, and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Rehab Without Walls. Currently, they work as a Vocational Expert and as the Founder of Bloom Consulting, LLC and Bloom Education, LLC. They are also a Vocational Consultant with Research and Planning Consultants, LP.
