Dr. Brian S. Funaki has 25 years of experience in the field of Vascular & Interventional Radiology. He earned his BAs in Natural Sciences and Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and his MD from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. After completing his residency in Radiology, he went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Associate Radiologist at Hawaii Radiologic Associates, Inc. and as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the University of Chicago. Currently, he serves as a Physician and Chief of the Department of Radiology at the University of Chicago Medicine and as a Professor of Medicine at the University of Chicago.
